Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Application Software) to join our team building mission-critical applications enabling Starlink operations and Starship manufacturing software.

You will own the software engineering lifecycle, develop scalable applications, and collaborate across architecture, design, and code reviews. Aerospace experience is not required; ITAR and security requirements apply. Remote work is not specified. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or scientific discipline and 5+ years of professional experience in software development; OR 7+ years of professional experience building software in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Experience with modern web technologies and scalable systems

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions that are used across the company
• Create new applications that improve how the company operates
• Build prototypes to prove out key design concepts and quantify technical constraints
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development
• Deep dive into your users’ problems to find and create efficient solutions
• Bring your voice to the table in team collaborations on architecture, design, and code reviews
