Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production platforms with emphasis on backend architecture and performance.
• Strong algorithmic fundamentals and data structures; solve complex data-processing problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple languages/ecosystems (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, Scala, or C++).
• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend service design; relational/distributed data stores.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features—responsive front-ends, back-end services, and APIs—for campaign management, reporting, and marketplace optimization.
• Choose suitable languages and tools; push heavy logic to scalable back-end services.
• Build and consume well-designed APIs integrating products into a unified architecture.
• Own services in production: testing, observability, performance, and on-call responsibilities.
