Job summary

Frontline Source Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Denver, CO to help shape enterprise-level applications across the full stack, including web, APIs, and mobile interfaces. You will work closely with Product Owners, adhere to Agile practices, and mentor peers in a dynamic aviation-focused environment.

The role requires 6+ years of C# experience, proficiency with .NET Core, EF Core, SQL, HTML/CSS, and Blazor, plus strong design skills and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with C#.
• 4+ years with .NET Core 3.x or newer.
• 5+ years working with EF Core, SQL databases, HTML, and CSS.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Blazor.
• Strong system design, implementation, and integration with input from stakeholders.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and source control (Git).
• Familiar with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of the organization's technology through innovative, full-stack development.
• Develop and support enterprise-level applications in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to create high-quality UI components from rough ideas or minimal mockups.
• Work across the full application stack including iOS, Android, APIs, and web portals.
• Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, standups, and code reviews.
• Engage in peer feedback, mentorship, and design discussions with the team.
• Investigate and experiment with new technologies to continuously improve product offerings.
• Use Azure DevOps or similar platforms for work tracking and collaboration.
• Contribute to scaling and enhancing proprietary software solutions transforming private aviation.
