Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Experience developing serverless applications on AWS.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and SNS/SQS.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
• Experience working in Agile engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, release, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Build and maintain AWS serverless applications and backend services.
• Develop front-end applications using React.js and modern JavaScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js.
• Build and integrate AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS.
• Develop automated end-to-end browser testing solutions.
• Develop automated API integration testing frameworks and tools.
• Support CI and testing environments.
• Develop test-data generation tools and platforms.
• Design and execute chaos testing and automated E2E testing.
• Build systems to collect telemetry data and support application/data integrity.
• Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Participate as a technical contributor within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes.
