Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications in an AWS cloud environment. You will work across UI, backend services, APIs, integrations, and relational databases.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of software development experience, strong REST API skills, and hands-on cloud expertise. A hands-on senior contributor who can mentor teammates and collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps will fit well in this fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years of full stack development.
• Experience with modern, maintainable web applications and reusable front-end components.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• 3+ years in cloud environments, including architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL experience, preferably PostgreSQL/AWS Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Java applications using JBoss or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with API management and integration technologies such as WSO2 products.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and modern practices.
• Familiarity with Linux-based application environments.
• Strong understanding of architecture, OO design, secure coding, performance, maintainability.
• Experience in Agile development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack enterprise applications.
• Develop and enhance front-end, back-end services, APIs, integrations, and databases.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Participate in application architecture, technical design, and implementation decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Conduct code reviews and promote secure coding and high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Cloud/DevOps, and other teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Support automated testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production readiness.
• Mentor less-experienced developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in estimation, refinement, planning, and Agile activities.
