Job Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)

Note: We are not looking for Java Full stack Engineers

As a Senior Full Stack Node JS Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for complex software development, including coding, managing small sections of ongoing projects, and closely adhering to deadlines. The candidate will also create design specifications, conduct unit testing, and prepare technical documentation. They will ensure professional relationships with customers and cross-team members, meeting expectations.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7+ years of demonstrated experience in software development.
• Strong and evolving competence in several programming languages and technologies, with working knowledge of multiple tool sets, technologies, and implementation environments.
• Strong practical experience in NodeJS and scripting in a Cloud-based environment.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, SNS/SQS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB/Neptune, CloudWatch, AWS CLI.
• Technical skills and experience in virtual infrastructure, specifically Amazon Web Services.
• Design and development experience in building and monitoring microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/AWS CodePipeline.
• Experience in developing full stack solutions using NodeJS.
• Fundamentals in Object-Oriented principles and computer science.
• Knowledge of distributed architectural design patterns.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Knowledge of systems analysis, design (including OOAD and UML), and database design.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices.

Preferred Skills:

• High analytical skills, with ability to develop tools for monitoring high-frequency data services.
• Experience working in Agile teams, supporting team success.
• Experience with AWS-supported languages like Java, React JS, Angular JS, or Python.
• Knowledge of KMS, ALB/ELB, Route 53, VPC.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as CloudFormation, BitBucket, Jenkins, Ansible.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation or similar.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Some knowledge in data science and machine learning.
