Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our Software Engineering team in Atlanta, reporting to the Director - Software Engineering. You’ll build client-facing solutions powering an institutional investing marketplace as a full-stack engineer using Vue.js, .NET, MSSQL, AWS, and Terraform.

You’ll collaborate with global teams, write production-grade code, automate build/test/deploy workflows, and explore AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong skills in server‑side programming (e.g., C#, Java) and modern front‑end JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular, React).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for provisioning and managing environments.
• Experience with SQL databases (flexible across major relational systems).
• Familiarity with common development tools and practices (version control, Visual Studio, Agile).

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, and high‑performing software solutions for both front‑end and back‑end.
• Write production‑ready code using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Vue.js, and relational databases like MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain cloud‑based microservices on AWS, managing infrastructure with Terraform.
• Work closely with a global team to enhance development efficiency by automating build, test, and deployment workflows, ensuring rapid and reliable code integration and delivery.
• Assist in reviewing code quality and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Explore and integrate various AI tools to enhance development workflows.
