Job summary

Photon is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across frontend and backend, integrating RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure software at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 6–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Full Stack background across frontend and backend.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Database design and optimization for SQL and NoSQL.
• Knowledge of application security, testing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to evaluate technologies and guide architectural decisions.
• Proficient in Git and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Integrate frontend with RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, tested code and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with PMs, UX/UI designers, architects, QA, and DevOps.
• Support CI/CD, cloud deployments, monitoring, and releases.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical guidance.
• Participate in architecture discussions and design decisions.
• Ensure secure coding practices and data protection.
• Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
