Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to modernize a regulatory filing platform. You will build Angular frontends, Java backends, and cloud-native services on AWS, with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

The role is contract and on-site in Rockville, MD (onsite 3 days/week). You will mentor peers, lead technical decisions, and collaborate across teams to ensure secure, scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and RESTful APIs.
• AI-assisted development tools experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Angular applications and micro-frontends.
• Build scalable Java Spring Boot services and REST APIs.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Create and support data collection and validation workflows.
• Implement responsive, accessible UIs and ensure quality through tests and observability.
