You will develop autonomous agents that talk to sensitive data, write minimal code for low-resource environments, and collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models for millions of users.

Qualifications

• Shipped production-grade fullstack applications using Python and React.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Proficient across the stack with ability to read and fix external code.
• Experience deploying AI workspace apps to millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that talk to sensitive enterprise data.
• Write and ship minimal code for low-resource environments with strict deployment.
• Reinvent libraries when security/privacy require it.
