Job summary

Recruiter Concierge is partnering with a high-growth client in San Francisco hiring Full Stack Engineers to own core systems across the stack. You will build Python/TypeScript backends, design PostgreSQL databases, manage AWS infra, and ship React frontend surfaces with end-to-end ownership.

5–8+ years in fast-paced environments, deep TS/React, strong Python and PostgreSQL, startup background, and willingness to be in-person in San Francisco. Visa transfers/OPT/O-1 considered; no new sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Strong Python backend and PostgreSQL SQL skills.
• Startup experience at a legitimate company.
• Bias for action and shipping.
• Ability to drive cross-functional delivery.
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco; in-person.
• Visa: H-1B transfers, OPT, and O-1; no new sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale backend services using Python, FastAPI, and TypeScript that power our client’s AI agent workflows.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database models and queries for high-throughput document processing.
• Build and manage infrastructure on AWS and orchestrate workflows using Temporal.
• Architect and ship React frontend surfaces for operations teams visibility and control over automated workflows.
• Build intuitive human-in-the-loop AI interfaces that make AI outputs transparent, explainable, and manageable.
• Own AI agent integrations, document ingestion pipelines, and real-time processing systems.
• Work directly with founders and customers to ship fast and iterate on what matters.
