Job summary

Evident ID, Inc. is seeking a passionate full stack engineer to own features from database to UI in a hybrid Atlanta, GA office. You’ll work across Java and Python backends and React frontends, delivering production-ready capabilities end-to-end.

You'll apply AI tooling to accelerate development, participate in architecture discussions, and collaborate in a tight-knit team focused on identity, trust, and compliance. This role combines hands-on coding with meaningful impact in a growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping software across both frontend and backend.
• Solid backend fundamentals in Java and/or Python - you understand what's happening under the hood.
• Hands-on frontend experience with a modern framework (React preferred) - you can build a functional UI.
• Comfort with REST APIs, data modeling, and connecting the layers end-to-end.
• Curiosity about AI development tools and hands-on experience - you're building the habit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Build complete features end-to-end: APIs, business logic, data models, and user interfaces.
• Move fluidly between backend services (Java, Python) and frontend work without handoffs.
• Ship features you can point to and are production-ready.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate parts of the stack and validate approaches.
• Design and build systems where data integrity and verification matter.
• Participate in architecture discussions and grow skills through reviews.
