TalentPluto, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in New York City to work across frontend, backend, and data pipelines. The role is backend-leaning and product-focused, with TypeScript/React and Python in a modern stack (Postgres, Temporal).

You’ll move fast in a small, senior team and influence product direction while shipping features end-to-end. The position requires 5–7 years of full-stack experience, a product-minded approach, and comfort with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with Python.
• Product-minded engineer who can shape product direction.
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in day-to-day workflow.
• Startup experience preferred; candidates from later-stage startups welcome if they can articulate why they want an early-stage environment.
• Able to work onsite in New York City five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across the full stack, with an emphasis on backend systems.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and data-movement workflows.
• Contribute to agentic and AI-driven product capabilities.
• Take customer feedback and help shape product direction, not just execute tickets.
• Collaborate closely with a small, senior team in a fast-moving codebase.
