The role emphasizes rapid learning of new tools and domains (R, data science, agentic AI) and close collaboration with customers to tailor tools and processes while maintaining best practices in security and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or equivalent tech discipline.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and domains (R, data science, agentic AI cloud apps).
• 3–5 years in full-stack software development.
• Experience with cloud-based, highly available web applications.
• Familiarity with GitHub-driven CI/CD and AWS hosted apps.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support a new web application stack.
• Refine LLM-codegen processes to balance agility and quality.
• Develop and leverage agent-driven AI architectures.
• Collaborate with customers and tailor tools to their needs.
• Develop psychometrics and data science tools in R.
• Operate, extend and create cloud-based solutions in AWS.
• Write maintainable, high-performance, secure code.
• Learn new processes, tools, and business domains quickly.
• Work with engineering leadership to deliver robust software on time.
