Job summary

WORKOPTI, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to join our AI-driven product team.

You will design and implement ML solutions, focus on Generative AI, and collaborate with the CTO to stack models that empower executives with data-driven decisions. You will work in a High-Done culture, deliver monthly product releases, ensure mobile-ready front-ends, and contribute to a kanban-driven workflow using SCRUM.

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models for customer use cases.
• Collaborate with CTO to stack AI models with High Done culture and SCRUM alignment.
• Lead ML challenges focused on LLMs and modern AI stacking methods.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Linux, Terraform, Docker, ECS/Kubernetes/Kubeflow, and human-in-the-loop AI development.
• Focus on Azure with knowledge of Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Security Co-Pilot.
• DevOps CI/CD experience, scalable services.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Experience with data storage: Graph DBs (Neo4j, ArangoDB), SQL, NoSQL

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning solutions for customer use cases, leveraging WORKOPTI product insights.
• Stack AI models with the CTO to deliver robust AI capabilities and executive decision support.
• Lead development of scalable ML systems and Generative AI features.
• Ensure monthly product releases and high-quality, mobile-responsive experiences.
• Collaborate across teams in a SCRUM-driven, Human-centered design environment.
