Job summary

WORKOPTI, Inc. is seeking an experienced iOS Engineer with a focus on machine learning and AI stacking to drive customer-centric AI solutions. You will lead ML efforts, train and deploy LLMs, and work with the CTO to continuously improve AI capabilities within the WORKOPTI platform.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong communication, and collaboration in an Agile environment, with a commitment to human-centered design and rapid monthly product releases.

Qualifications

• Lead ML challenges focused on LLMs and AI stacking.
• Develop, train, and deploy large language models.
• Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, and Security Co-Pilot.
• CI/CD and DevOps for scalable services.
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for customer use.
• Implement RLHF, PEFT (LoRA, adapters) for tuning.
• Collaborate with CTO to deliver AI stacking solutions monthly.
• Leverage cloud and container platforms (Azure, Kubernetes).
• Drive human-centered design and high autonomy.
