If you have over 4 years of full-stack web development experience with a strong focus on TypeScript, React, and Node.js, this role offers a competitive salary of $160K - $230K plus equity. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably at startups.
• Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Customer-first mindset - interested in talking to users.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ship your first PR to production immediately.
• Own a meaningful feature or system improvement end-to-end.
• Lead technical initiatives that ship directly to customers.
• Establish engineering best practices and mentor newer engineers.
