Job summary

Blank Metal Inc. is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to design and ship production-ready applications across frontend and backend stacks. You’ll work with React/TypeScript on the frontend and Node/Go/JVM on the backend, deployed in cloud environments using Terraform/CDK for infrastructure as code.

You’ll collaborate with product and ML teams to deliver scalable, secure, observable systems and mentor junior engineers while maintaining high-quality standards and fast delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full-stack development experience across modern front-end and cloud-native back-end stacks.
• Experience designing and operating systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK).
• Solid understanding of security, performance tuning, and API versioning best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable service/micro-service patterns, database schemas, caching layers, and authentication flows.
• Ship production-grade code across front-end (React/TypeScript) and back-end (Node, Go, or JVM) with strong test coverage.
• Integrate model endpoints, manage real-time inference, and implement robust error-handling and fallback mechanisms.
