Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a groundbreaking SaaS data analytics platform for healthcare providers. You will influence architecture, product direction, and engineering standards across a fast-moving stack, working with Python, Django, Node.js, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience.
• Experience building and supporting distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Great communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with Python, Django, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks, AWS, relational databases, and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software across the full technology stack.
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Contribute to system architecture, infrastructure, and database design decisions.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Review code and promote engineering best practices across the organization.
• Support machine learning initiatives through experimentation, testing, and model iteration.
• Mentor engineers and help shape the future direction of the engineering organization.
