Job summary

CSafe is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own hands-on development of modern, data-aware applications in a Microsoft/Azure environment. You will set engineering standards, write specs, and mentor teammates while steering significant product ownership.

You will design and implement full-stack features (C#.NET, React/Next.js, TypeScript), build scalable services, and ensure secure integrations. This hybrid role requires in-office 3–4 days weekly and up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production systems in C#/.NET (6/8+).
• 5+ years building a modern front-end application (React/Angular).
• Experience developing in a cloud environment (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with API design (REST/JSON), security (OAuth2/OIDC/Entra ID).
• Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own full stack architecture and implementation across modern web apps.
• Design and develop scalable services and APIs (C#.NET) with front-end components (React/Next.js, TypeScript).
• Write clear specs, technical requirements, and documentation.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/agentic capabilities into the product roadmap.
• Build secure integrations with ERP/CRM, and design for resilience.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver incremental value and manage backlog.
• Partner with third-party and offshore build teams for knowledge transfer and delivery.
• In-office requirement – three to four days a week.
• 5% travel may be required for training, meetings, or vendor interactions.
