Job summary

BrickRed Systems LLC seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead audience creation, segmentation, preview, and activation for marketing teams. You will configure Adobe AEP or similar CDP tools and build scalable React/Next.js applications with Python/Node.js services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Audience Builder or CDP tools.
• Experience configuring Adobe AEP, Adobe Audience Manager, or similar CDP platforms.
• Strong data mapping and integration capabilities.
• Identity stitching across data sources and platforms.
• Proficiency in React/Next.js and modern backend services.
• Experience with Python/Node.js, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Delta Lake, Redis, Kafka/Event Hubs.

Responsibilities

• Build audience creation and segmentation workflows and activate campaigns.
• Develop frontend and backend services for audience management.
• Integrate CRM, analytics, and third-party data sources.
• Implement AI-assisted audience generation and recommendations.
