• Hands-on full-stack engineering experience across services, data, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Experience with technologies such as Python, Vue.js, AWS or Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, APIs, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Demonstrated experience building reliable, secure, and maintainable systems using testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and production support practices.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, build trust, communicate technical concepts clearly, and operate with autonomy in fast-paced environments.

• Experience using agentic AI tools to improve development workflows, accelerate prototyping, and strengthen engineering feedback loops.
• Experience designing quality gates, specification-driven development workflows, automated checks, and engineering standards that improve team output.
• Ability to rapidly prototype solutions with stakeholders to validate ideas and accelerate feedback.
• Strong product intuition and business acumen, with the ability to connect technical decisions to customer and business outcomes.

Salary And Compensation

The annual salary for this position will be between $81,333 to $141,000 per year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
