Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate, a leading warehouse and last-mile logistics operator, is hiring a full-stack Software Engineer to own major parts of its analytics platform. You will design infrastructure, implement scalable APIs, and deliver ML-powered analytics with React and TypeScript.

You will work directly with business teams, make architectural calls, and ship quickly in a dynamic, ambiguous environment while mentoring others and raising the bar on software quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proven ability to ship end-to-end independently — from scoping a problem to deploying production code.
• Experience shipping LLM-native features or applications in production.
• Expert-level React skills: modern patterns, performance optimization, and component architecture.
• Strong backend proficiency in Python or Node.js; fluent in designing and maintaining scalable APIs.
• Sharp product instincts and a track record of making smart scope and architecture tradeoffs under pressure.
• Direct, low-ego communicator with openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the platform — design and maintain the application infrastructure, API layer, and shared services powering Link's Analytics Engine; Azure experience is preferred.
• Set the technical foundation — shape platform scalability and architecture decisions.
• Develop full-stack applications surfacing ML insights and analytics via React/TypeScript; experience with C# and SQL is valuable.
• Improve developer velocity — manage build, deployment and testing pipelines to reduce friction.
• Integrate AI-native workflows — craft tools, prompts, and evals for investment teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across investment, asset management, and capital markets to iterate requirements.
• Lead by doing — mentor contractors/interns and uphold high code-review standards.
