Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is hiring a full-stack Software Engineer to own major parts of our investment analytics platform. You will design infrastructure, APIs, and services powering Link's Analytics Engine and collaborate with business teams who rely on what you build.

You will identify problems, design solutions, and ship quickly in a dynamic environment. Expect ambiguity, independent judgment, and opportunities to mentor others while delivering high-impact results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience, including end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience shipping ML-powered workflows or features in production.
• Expert-level React skills (hooks, context, suspense) and scalable UI design.
• Strong backend skills in Python or Node.js and designing scalable APIs.
• Product-minded with ability to trade off scope and architecture under pressure.
• Direct, low-ego communicator capable of handling feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Link Analytics platform infrastructure and API layer, with Azure experience preferred.
• Make early architectural decisions shaping platform scalability.
• Develop full-stack apps surfacing ML insights via React/TypeScript; backend with Python/Node.js.
• Improve developer velocity by owning build, deployment, and tests pipelines.
• Create AI-native workflows, tools, prompts, and evals for investment teams.
• Collaborate with investment, asset management, and markets teams to iterate based on feedback.
• Lead by example: mentor contractors/interns and uphold coding standards.
