Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a full-time role (40 hours per week) focused on a LATAM-based fintech client.

You will own end-to-end development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, including AI coding agents, with emphasis on architecture, reliability, and secure deployment. Enjoy flexible workspace options including remote, our office, or coworking.

Qualifications

6+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production systems.
Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend (React or similar), backend (APIs and services), databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on experience directing AI coding agents or LLM-based workflows in production.
A portfolio, GitHub history, or shipped systems you can discuss in depth.
Solid grasp of testing, code review, security, and deployment best practices.
Sound judgment on when to let agents run and when to write the code by hand.
Comfort operating with high autonomy and full ownership.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate AI agents across the full development lifecycle from spec to PR to production.
Build and refine evaluation harnesses, CI checks, and review gates to keep agent-generated code correct and auditable.
Break ambiguous product requirements into concrete tasks for agents and verify outputs.
Monitor application health, performance, and incidents and intervene when needed.
Partner with product and design to ship fast without compromising quality.
