Job description
Your mission

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to become the go-to frontend expert within our Growth Engineering team. This team operates at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering, focusing on technical initiatives that directly drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
While your primary focus will be frontend development in Angular, you’ll also contribute to backend services (Node.js) as we continue to build a scalable, enterprise-ready platform.
You won’t just ship new features, you’ll refine how users experience the product at every step, ensuring each interaction across the user journey is intuitive and frictionless.
If you’re a curious, data-driven engineer who loves tackling complex problems, iterating quickly, and creating tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role you will
  • Own the frontend of the Deskbird Application Platform (100,000+ monthly active users), ensuring a high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Angular codebase.
  • Contribute to both the design and implementation of APIs and backend services, ensuring efficient, reliable data flows throughout the system.
  • Analyze user behavior together with data and product teams to uncover drop-off points and design technical solutions to improve activation and retention.
  • Integrate and optimize tooling, including third-party systems for analytics, sales automation, and data tracking.
  • Coach and review other developers, raising the bar for frontend engineering quality across the platform.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and UX to validate ideas early, iterate quickly, and ship impactful improvements.
  • Lead cross-cutting technical initiatives, establishing best practices and shaping frontend architecture across teams.
What you need to be successful
  • 6+ years of full-stack web development experience, with deep expertise in frontend engineering (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS).
  • A track record of translating complex designs into high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Hands-on experience with reusable components, design systems, and tools such as Storybook.
  • Solid backend skills with Node.js and REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and modern web architecture best practices.
  • Curiosity and fluency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf).
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work cross-functional and collaboratively.
  • Experience integrating web applications with business and analytics tools (HubSpot, Mixpanel, Jimo, etc.).
  • Location: Must be based in the European Union (EU).

Bonus points for:
• A degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitHub Actions).

What’s in it for you?
  • Accelerate your career growth: Join Europe’s leading workplace management software company and unlock rapid professional development.
  • Company-wide summit: Connect with the entire team at our annual summit, held in dynamic locations across Europe. Check out the video from our last company summit.
  • “Bursts”: Collaborate with your team face-to-face through our in-person meeting support.
  • Home office equipment: As a remote-first company, we support your home office setup with financial assistance to ensure you have everything you need.
  • Co-working budget: Work from modern co-working spaces near you with our co-working budget.
  • Learning and development: Invest in your future with a yearly development budget for coaching, certifications, and conferences.
  • Cutting-edge technologies & autonomy: Enjoy high levels of autonomy, access to the latest tech, and a dynamic international work environment.
