Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in ambiguity, is product-minded, and wants to build high-impact software from the ground up. You'll play a key role in our mission to transform how people communicate in healthcare by building fast, reliable, and intuitive solutions powered by AI.

• A full-stack engineer with a strong backend focus (70/30 split).
• Experienced in 0-to-1 product development — you've owned undefined problems and shipped end-to-end solutions.
• Driven and adaptable, especially in fast-paced startup environments (Series A/B). Big Tech is okay, but startup experience is required.
• Proficient in Python and confident in pushing features to production.
• Outcome- and customer-oriented: you think deeply about the end-user impact.
• A graduate of a top-tier CS program (e.g., Stanford, MIT, CMU, Berkeley, Waterloo).
• A clear communicator who understands technical and product tradeoffs.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of self-directed problem-solving.
• High-output and hard-working — you deliver fast, care deeply, and hold yourself to high standards.
• Mission-driven and humble — you join to build meaningful products, not chase titles.
• Build and evolve our voice + LLM infrastructure to enable fast, natural conversations.
• Develop new communication modalities to connect patients with providers across channels.
• Create a reusable, customizable agent platform for onboarding new customers.
• Integrate with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Join customer calls to understand their challenges and shape the product accordingly.
• Set your own tasks in an ambiguous, high-impact environment aligned with team goals.
