IntelyCare, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in Ruby on Rails, React, and AWS.

You will extend and maintain our applications and work closely with senior engineering and product leaders to deliver infrastructure and features that transform healthcare for the better. You’ll join the full software development life cycle from design to deployment, testing and releasing, delivering a cohesive experience for both internal and external users.

Qualifications

Primary function

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React, and AWS. You will play a critical role to our development goals by extending and maintaining our applications and integrating multiple systems. This hands-on position requires seniority; you will be working closely with other senior engineering and product leaders to deliver the infrastructure and features necessary to transform healthcare for the better.

You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to build a cohesive experience for both our internal and external users. You will participate in the full software development life-cycle from designing, building, deploying, testing and releasing — significantly impacting our user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development, preferably in a user facing product context
• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with React or other similar frameworks
• Comfortable working in AWS environments
• Experience working closely across a variety of teams, including product management, design, and engineering
• Deep understanding and application of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

Nice to haves

• Experience building a multi sided marketplace
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming, system design, data structures, algorithms, and mobile application architecture
