Keplaris LLC is a New York product engineering studio hiring for a full-time remote role. You will build and operate API endpoints, data pipelines, dashboards, and the infrastructure underpinning them.
You will lead client builds end to end, own PostgreSQL performance, and set coding standards for a small team that ships production-ready software with strong quality controls.

Keplaris is a New York product engineering studio. We build and operate our own software — Tether, our internal residential-proxy security product — and we take on client work in e-commerce, web, and API development that we hold to the same standard as our own products.
Founded in 2025 and remote-first across the US, we exist to prove that a small, sharp team can ship software that runs in production, serves real traffic, and earns its keep. We don't hand off deliverables and walk away. We build things, run them, and stand behind them.
The team is deliberately small: engineers and designers who own whole problems, not tickets. Everyone here touches production, talks to users, and ships work they're proud to sign.
This role sits at the center of everything we do. You'll work on services that have to answer fast and stay up, and across client builds where the deadline is real and the quality bar doesn't move. If you want your code in production and your name on the result, this is the job.
A remote-first US team, competitive pay, and real product ownership — not a roadmap handed down from somewhere else. You'll work on software we run ourselves, see your decisions play out in production, and shape how a young studio builds for the next decade. We keep the team small on purpose, which means your work is visible, your judgment matters, and there's nowhere to hide and no reason to.
