Job summary

Spherecast Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build the Spherecast Platform, the real-time operating system for global consumer-goods supply chains.

You will own features end to end, from data models and APIs to planning interfaces, and design architectures that turn messy data into actionable real-time decisions. You’ll work on data-dense UIs, APIs, and scalable systems coexisting with AI components like Agnes.

Qualifications

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Visa Sponsorship)

Build the Spherecast Platform, the real-time operating system for global consumer-goods supply chains. Agnes, our AI Supply Chain Manager, runs on top of it to evaluate options, decide what to produce, where to make it, and how to move it through factories, warehouses, and channels.

You’ll own features end to end, from data models and APIs to the planning interfaces customers use every day. You’ll design the architecture that turns messy operational data into actions in real time, so physical goods flow reliably to the right place at the right time.

You’ll be part of the core team to make the physical flow of goods programmable.

What we're looking for

You are a great fit if you have:

• Hands-on experience with our stack on both sides of the wire. Python and FastAPI on the backend. Vue 3 (or deep React experience and the willingness to switch), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS on the frontend. A track record of shipping real products.

• A track record of building full-stack apps end-to-end: designing the data architecture, building the API, and shipping the UI that puts it in users’ hands.

• Experience building data-dense product UIs such as interactive charts, editable tables, and
  drag-and-drop planning tools, and keeping them fast with server-state patterns like TanStack Query.

• Proficiency in SQL, writing high-performance queries despite millions of data points for even a single customer.

• A habit of testing what you ship: pytest on the backend, Playwright and Vitest on the frontend. Your features work, and stay working.

• System design skills, one of your biggest assets. You know how to design architectures that not only scale in the short term, but can also grow with the company with minimal human supervision.

• Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode are your best friends. You know how to parallelize instances to make sure we're shipping 24/7, even while you sleep, and you know the ins and outs of each of them at any time.

• When it comes to engineering with your toolkit, you don't care whether it's a pickaxe or a shovel. You know which one to use at any time.

• Excited to work directly with CPG operators and own product outcomes end to end, from understanding the workflow to shipping and operating the systems that improve it.

• Bonus: Experience building a company before, unstructured data ingestion systems, DevOps, and AWS.
