Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 7+ years Java/JVM backend development.
• Experience in Java, Spring boot Microservice based Architecture.
• Strong experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• JVM tuning (GC, memory, threading), profiling, and load testing.
• Experience with rules engines (Drools/DMN or custom DSLs) is a strong plus.

Key Skill

• Decision pipeline implementation, arbitration/ranking algorithms, microservices API design.
• JVM performance optimization, integration with ML inference services, deterministic rule evaluation, production operations.

AI Tooling

Expected experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Salary Range: $110,000- $120,000 a year
