Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve applications that support our sales execution ecosystem in Downtown Atlanta. The role involves frontend, backend, APIs, and CRM integrations with Salesforce, using Java, React, and SQL Server.

You will work in an in-office setting three days per week, contributing to critical sales capabilities, security through OAuth 2.0, and modern CI/CD practices within a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong full-stack development across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating distributed enterprise applications.
• Strong backend engineering experience with Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or equivalent.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server, including data modeling, SQL development, and performance considerations.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts used in modern APIs and enterprise applications, including OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across application layers.
• Ability to independently own technical solutions while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional product team.
