Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN. The role covers frontend interfaces, backend services, integrations, cloud tech, and DevOps practices within an Agile team.

You will design, develop, test, and support modern web applications, building UIs with HTML/CSS/JS, and integrating RESTful APIs. Salesforce/AEM experience is helpful but not required; AWS/Azure preferred. 6-month contract-to-hire, hybrid onsite three days per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Brooksource is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN, with a 6-month contract-to-hire arrangement. This position is ideal for a developer who enjoys working across the full stack, including frontend interfaces, backend services, integrations, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. You will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and supporting modern web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology stack. Experience with Salesforce development is helpful but not required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, develop, test, and support full-stack web applications

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong object-oriented programming and software design skills

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with Python (preferred)
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure (preferred)
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (preferred)
• Experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (preferred)
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
