Knak is hiring a Senior Software Developer, Editor, to own our editor stack for email and landing pages. You will work on a stateful, multi‑user editor with a CRDT-based sync layer across Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects, collaborating with AI and product teams.

The role emphasizes frontend architecture, real‑time collaboration, and production‑grade Laravel APIs, with mentorship and architecture guidance across teams.

Qualifications

Experience building complex, stateful editor web apps.
Strong TypeScript and Vue 3 expertise.
Backend experience with PHP/Laravel and MySQL.
Familiarity with distributed systems and realtime collaboration.

Responsibilities

Build the editor features in Vue 3 and TypeScript.
Own realtime collaboration using CRDTs and WebSockets.
Evolve the document model and production email/landing HTML.
Enable AI-driven editing with agents.
Develop and maintain Laravel APIs with testing and observability.
Instrument, monitor, and deploy with feature flags.
Lead design reviews and architectural decisions.
Mentor teammates and collaborate with product/design/QA/DevOps.
