Senior Full Stack Developer with Design Experience

Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with Design Experience for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico.

Our client is a biopharmaceutical company specializing in dermatology and aesthetic medicine products, including RT001, a topical botulinum toxin for cosmetic and dermatologic uses. Based in Mountain View, California, the company focuses on innovative aesthetic and therapeutic treatments using proprietary technology.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Experience with Node.js and Svelte for server-side development.
• Experience deploying using Turborepo, GitHub, and Vercel.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Knowledge of npm build tools and package management.
• Understanding of database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Experience with design tools, especially Figma.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and implementation.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Next.js, Vue.js, and Svelte.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous requests.
• Understanding SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, GraphQL, and caching.
• Experience with WordPress and PHP development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement responsive, accessible web interfaces.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic on Vercel, Svelte, and Redis.
• Design database schemas and optimize database performance.
• Ensure UI/UX design feasibility and implement responsive, accessible solutions.
• Conduct accessibility audits and ensure WCAG compliance.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Work with designers to create interactive, accessible design elements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
