Job summary

WebCreek is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support modern enterprise applications using React and NestJS. You will focus on backend architecture, data processing, security, and production reliability while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

You will work with MongoDB, Redis, OIDC-based authentication, and queueing systems to deliver scalable solutions. Expect ownership of features, production readiness, and strong collaboration with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience building full stack applications with React and NestJS.
• Strong backend development skills, especially with APIs, services, data processing, and computing workloads.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies.
• Experience with authentication and authorization concepts, including OpenID Connect (OIDC) or similar protocols.
• Experience with queueing systems, asynchronous processing, or event-driven backend workflows.
• Experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting applications in production environments.
• Ability to take ownership, propose solutions, and follow through without needing constant direction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in technical and architectural discussions.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, and jump in when issues arise.

This role is ideal for a senior or lead-level developer who can work across both frontend and backend development, with a stronger focus on backend architecture, data processing, application security, and production reliability.
