Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (React, MongoDB, TypeScript)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and scale modern web applications using React, MongoDB, and TypeScript. You will play a critical role in shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and delivering high-quality, performant software solutions. This role requires both deep technical expertise and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).

• Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable components using TypeScript across the stack.

• Implement responsive UI/UX designs with a focus on usability and performance.

Backend & Database

• Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance in distributed systems.

• Build robust backend services with proper error handling, logging, and monitoring.

Architecture & System Design

• Lead system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and best practices.

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards.

• Implement automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

• Contribute to agile processes, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • React (hooks, state management, component architecture)

  • TypeScript (advanced typing, generics, interfaces)

  • Node.js (Express or similar frameworks)

  • MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing)

• Experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend tooling.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

• Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, event-driven systems).
