Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer in a modern tech environment.
• Experience with Angular 20+ and building reusable UI components.
• Strong Java development experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing, building, and enhancing REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

This resource will support a brand-new greenfield application being developed as part of a strategic modernization initiative. Working within a lean team of three developers, this individual will play a key role in delivering full-stack functionality across the application. Responsibilities include designing and developing Angular 20+ front-end features, building reusable UI components using Material UI and Bootstrap, and developing supporting Java 17/Spring Boot APIs and services. The engineer will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development through testing and deployment, while collaborating closely with teammates to deliver new features and enhancements. The role requires strong hands-on development skills across both front-end and back-end technologies, along with a commitment to unit testing, documentation, code quality, and the effective use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
