Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Senior Applications Developer to design, develop, test and maintain complex applications for a US Government customer in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

The role requires full stack development, integration with multi-vendor environments and SIP protocol stack, with collaboration across a matrixed team of engineers, DBAs, and software developers. A TSSCI with polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, computer science, or related field; developer nanodegree or equivalent.
• Five (5) years SE experience may be substituted for education.
• US Government program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code and test software applications to meet business requirements.
• Design front-end UI to facilitate user experience.
• Develop server-side logic and databases, integrate APIs with front-end.
• Design, implement and maintain databases for efficient data retrieval.
• Maintain applications, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new tech.
• Gather requirements, document user stories, and provide traceability.
• Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
