You will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure reliable, always-available software across multiple teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, with hands-on work in .NET, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing and developing web or e-commerce applications using .NET, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with SQL queries and stored procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications that support Uline's growing e-commerce business.
• Participate in project planning, architecture discussions and code reviews to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.
• Mentor and coach fellow developers, providing technical guidance and helping resolve complex programming challenges.
• Partner across development teams to improve processes and deliver solutions that enhance performance and the customer experience.
