Insight Global is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer for an Indianapolis, IN role. You will work closely with customers to gather requirements, partner with engineers and designers, and help shape system scope and objectives.

The position includes coding complex components, performing tests, and mentoring junior engineers. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, hands-on experience with Angular, Node, AWS Lambda and PostgreSQL, and a background in healthcare data or CMS environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Experience with Angular, Node, Lambda, PostgreSQL.
• Experience leading small projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Experience with application troubleshooting.
• Experience with healthcare data or CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).

Responsibilities

• Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and graphic designers to analyze change requests and define scope.
• Develop and define application scope and objectives; prepare specifications.
• Code and maintain complex components of information systems; perform unit testing.
• Mentor others on coding standards and perform code reviews.
• Provide on-call support for system monitoring and deficiencies.
