Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of enterprise software experience.
• Strong Angular expertise including modern patterns and standalone components.
• Experience leading frontend governance and reusable component libraries.
• Proficient in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Experience with containers and CI/CD pipelines and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical solutions based on product requirements, business priorities, and team objectives.
• Participate in planning, backlog refinement, and technical design sessions to support roadmap delivery.
• Collaborate with product leaders, architects, security, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Contribute to product discovery, design, user experience, and measurable business outcomes.
• Analyze requirements including performance, reliability, scalability, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, document, and maintain full stack apps using Angular 17+, Java 17, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, REST, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Develop and enhance APIs, services, integrations, UI components, and backend logic.
• Identify and address technical debt to improve stability and maintainability.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, secure coding standards, and documentation.
• Evaluate user needs and system requirements; prepare technical specs and diagrams as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions with delivery teams.
• Support software delivery through CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and observability.
• Deploy and improve tools, processes, and engineering metrics to improve quality and efficiency.
• Utilize AI-enabled development tools to accelerate prototyping and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and support other developers through technical guidance.
