Job summary

Nothink is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong Back-End focus to own end-to-end internal product development, from architecture to deployment. You’ll work mainly with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL on Google Cloud Platform, and design scalable APIs and systems that help the business move faster while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Strong back-end development with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
• Experience building full-stack apps across back-end and front-end.
• Design scalable architectures and reliable systems.
• DB, API design, cloud infra, performance and reliability.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Self-starter with autonomous work style.
• Curious about AI and new technologies.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Responsibilities

• Building and evolving the internal products and platforms that power our business, from AI agents and automation systems to operational tools and entirely new products built from scratch.
• Own the back-end development of our products, working primarily with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Design scalable architectures, APIs, and systems that enable our teams to move faster and launch new ideas with confidence.
• Using AI as a core part of your day-to-day engineering workflow to build faster, solve problems more efficiently, and continuously improve how we work.
• Taking full ownership of projects from identifying opportunities and designing technical solutions to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvements.
• Building AI-powered tools and integrations that improve workflows, decision-making, and operational efficiency across the company.
• Writing high-quality, maintainable code, improving testing, reliability, and engineering standards across our products.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript, and a solid understanding of building production-grade applications ;

• Proven experience building full-stack applications, with the ability to work confidently across both back-end and front-end when needed ;

• Experience designing scalable architectures and building reliable systems that support business-critical applications;

• Strong understanding of databases, API design, cloud infrastructure, system performance, monitoring, and production reliability;

• Experience working with cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP);

• A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, works autonomously, manages priorities effectively, and consistently delivers without close supervision;

• Curiosity to explore new technologies, experiment with AI, and continuously improve the way we build software;

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

• Gross salary: up to 5500-8000 Eur/Gross, based on your previous experience, we can be flexible;
