Job summary

Evolver is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to lead asset-management solutions across React, .NET and Azure. This on-site role is four days a week in San Francisco, with no people-management duties.

You will migrate legacy WinForms to React and microservices, design cloud-native apps, and monitor performance. Strong Azure, .NET Core, SQL, and modern web tech are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SQL development with procedures, triggers, and functions.
• 10+ years of web app development with .NET Core and EF; UI with Bootstrap, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years in Azure Cloud Platform with AD, App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, and ADO.
• 5+ years backend experience with SQL Server and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy WinForms apps to React and microservices.
• Design and develop cloud-native apps on AKS, Azure App Services, and Functions.
• Maintain legacy apps with React, C#, .NET Core, MVC/ASP.NET, REST API, OAuth2.0.
• Configure and monitor performance using Azure Monitoring or equivalents.

• Subject Matter Expert in Asset management/technology platforms.

Job description

Evolver is seeking an experienced, highly skilled full stack developer The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management, technical and comfortable assessing Architectural approaches and is hands-on to work on solutions across various technology platforms.This is a hands-on senior technical lead role, not a people management position. Role is on site 4 days a week in San Francisco.

Primary Responsibilities

• Migration of legacy WinForms applications to React and microservices
• Design and develop modern cloud-native applications using Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure App Services, and Azure Functions.
• Maintain and enhance existing legacy applications built using React, C#, .NET Core, MVC, ASP.NET, REST API, and OAuth2.0.
• Configure and monitor application performance using Azure Monitoring or other monitoring solutions.
• Experience in modernizing legacy .Net apps into cloud-native microservices architecture and deploying on AKS or Azure App Services.
• Develop and support new and existing applications on React, C#, .NET Core, MVC, ASP.NET, ASP.NET WebForms, OAuth2.0, JWT, jQuery, REST API, Web API, Web Services, LINQ, and Entity Framework.
• Subject Matter Expert in Asset management / Technology platforms.
• Being a resourceful candidate with strong communication skills.
• Managing stakeholder expectations, including the key decision makers and senior management across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in SQL, procedures, triggers, and functions.
• 10 years of experience in web application development and Web REST APIs using .NET Core and Entity Framework; UI development using Bootstrap, CSS Style, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• 10 years of progressive technical experience in a financial services organization.
• 5 years of experience in developing Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform with ADO.
• 5 years of backend experience with SQL Server and Snowflake.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong architecture and design experience is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends, including professional experience architecting and operating solutions built on Azure.
• Experience with High Availability, Fault Tolerance, Scalability, Database Concepts, System and Software.
• Strong technical communication skills and the ability to work with team members at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, handle several projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
