Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IS or related field.
• 6+ years designing, developing, and implementing enterprise software using C#/.NET or Java.
• Experience building modern full-stack web apps with React/Angular, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
• Hands-on Azure cloud experience including cloud-native services and integrations.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and releases.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, secure coding, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement environments for applications, release management procedures and provide production support.
• Design and develop automation workflows, perform unittests and reviews to ensure coding standards and performance.
• Collaborate on software design, provide estimates and implement new features including interfaces, storage system contracts, and data transformation.
• Liaise with development, infrastructure and operations teams.
• Ensure that security policies and practices are followed during development.
• Work with Analysts, Product Managers, and others to implement business functionality and update leads on risks.
• Stay updated on leading-edge technologies and best practices.

Position Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will participate in all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on architecture, design, quality, and implementation.This role requires a self-sufficient, analytical developer with great communication skills that is comfortable owning a range of front and back-end initiatives. The candidate will need strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within a group or independently to achieve the goals of the program. Our projects are built around a great user experience, developing custom software that supports business process and workflows, analytical, data management and reporting capabilities for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement environments for applications, engineer suitable release managementproceduresand provide production support.


• Design and develop automation workflows, perform unittestsand conductreviewto make sure workutilizescoding standards and best practices for platform performance, and assess the overall quality of delivered components.


• Collaborate with peers on software design, to provideaccuratework estimates and implementation of new features including interfaces, contracts with storagesystem, and data transformation.


• Liaise with other development,infrastructureand operations teams.


• Ensure that all security policies and practices are adhered to as part of development.


• Work with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other team members during the project phases to understand and implement the business functionality. Updatingproject leadsonany tasks that are at risk or where project plan adjustments need to be made.


• Stay abreast of leadingedgeof technologies and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).


• Six (6) or more years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise software applications using C#/.NET, Java, or similar object-oriented programming languages.


• Experience developing modern full-stack web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).


• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure, including cloud-native services and application integrations.


• Experience using Azure DevOps to manage source control, work items, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong understanding of software architecture, secure coding practices, and DevSecOps principles.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.


• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar).


• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.


• Experience with automated testing frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD).


• Experience supporting federal government or other highly regulated environments.


• Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher (Interim Secret acceptable).
