Job summary

Leader Bank is seeking a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing team in Massachusetts. You will translate business needs into scalable software solutions, focusing on Vue.js, Python, and cloud-based architectures.

This role offers ownership of modern applications, API-led integrations, AI-assisted development, and a path to influence our digital transformation while collaborating with product, QA, and security teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience delivering enterprise-grade applications across the full technology stack.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, React, Python, PHP, or equivalent frameworks and languages.
• Proven experience designing, developing, securing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Strong proficiency with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB, with experience in data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of Git-based source control, branching strategies, code review processes, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Bedrock, API Gateway, ECS, or comparable cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

In addition to core full-stack development responsibilities, the role requires a practical understanding of AI-enabled software development, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, API-led integration, and modern digital solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, solution design discussions, demos, retrospectives, and peer code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Ensure solutions meet expectations for security, scalability, reliability, performance, governance, and maintainability.
• Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, workflow automation platforms, and intelligent business solutions, to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.
• Mentor junior developers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.

Salary Minimum: $85,000.00 - Salary Max: $110,000.00

The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank’s total compensation package for team members.
