Job summary

Fincons Group is seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer (Financial Applications) to design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and Angular frontends for an intergovernmental organization and international financial institution. You will gather requirements, implement production-ready code, and support deployments in a modern CI/CD environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent and 7–10 years of Java development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java development with production-grade applications.
• Expertise with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate for backend/persistence.
• Experience with automated unit and integration tests (JUnit, Cucumber).
• Proficient Git-based collaboration including branching, PRs and reviews.
• Frontend experience with Angular and API integration (TypeScript/JS).
• Experience with microservices, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Docker, Azure and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum; ITIL and financial services domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications and microservices.
• Support existing solutions across multiple business divisions.
• Perform testing activities: unit, integration, system, and performance.
• Support UAT processes and obtain business sign-off.
• Manage releases, deployments, and change management activities.
