Senior Full Stack Data Scientist

Job Description

This role leads the development of end-to-end data-driven solutions, including data collection, model development, deployment, and maintenance of inference services. The ideal candidate has experience designing cloud-based solutions, optimizing models for cloud performance, and maintaining scalable predictive systems. Collaboration across teams to establish best practices and reusable components is essential, ensuring high-quality analytic products that serve the business. As a technical leader, you will drive machine learning solution deployment, focusing on observability, security, and cloud efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify efficient languages and tools, explore new data sources, research, and models to solve business problems.
  • Plan projects effectively, manage scope, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Develop complex statistical and machine learning models to meet business needs and improve decision accuracy.
  • Review and communicate modeling techniques and results to stakeholders.
  • Develop communication strategies to inform and influence business decisions based on modeling results.
  • Collaborate with external units to improve decision-making through machine learning models.
  • Understand business problems to identify optimal modeling approaches.
  • Create frameworks and prototypes that integrate data and models for business decisions.
Functional Experience
  • Experience building and optimizing cloud-based machine learning systems with proficiency in major cloud providers.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, Docker, observability tools, and cloud security.
  • Familiarity with data science tools like Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Education & Experience
  • Masters Degree (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience (Preferred)
Additional Details

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal requirements.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $95,700 to $170,925, based on experience and qualifications. A background check is required.
