Job summary

Trust In SODA is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Consultant / Software Engineer to work at the intersection of consulting, solution design and hands-on development. You will collaborate with customers, design and build end-to-end solutions, deploy them and provide production support.

You will operate in a small, senior-only team with significant autonomy, ownership and direct interaction with stakeholders, focusing on delivering complete business solutions rather than only coding.

Qualifications

• German language skills are required (C1+)
• Kotlin and/or modern backend development experience
• TypeScript and modern frontend development
• Solution design and customer-facing experience

Salary: Starting from €100,000+, depending on experience and expertise
