Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Full Stack & Cloud Platform Engineer to help build an Off-Prem, cloud-hosted platform. You will design scalable cloud-native apps, establish AWS architecture, and implement secure, observable, enterprise-grade patterns across front-end, back-end, APIs, and DevOps.

You will define CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation, and strong security controls, while collaborating with Data, AI/ML teams and product teams to accelerate onboarding of new tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing production applications using Python and/or modern backend technologies.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or equivalent.
• Extensive hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, Secrets Manager and related services.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native application architecture.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and enterprise identity management.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Insight Global is looking for a We are seeking a Senior Full Stack & Cloud Platform Engineer to play a foundational role in the development and productization of an Off-Prem, cloud-hosted platform. This individual will design and develop scalable cloud-native applications while helping establish the AWS architecture, deployment patterns, security controls, observability, and engineering standards required to operate as an enterprise platform. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering experience with deep AWS knowledge and is comfortable working across front-end, back-end, APIs, cloud infrastructure and DevOps.

Design, develop, test and maintain full-stack capabilities for the cloud platform.

Define and evolve the AWS architecture supporting applications and services.

Develop scalable APIs and microservices supporting tools, agents, analytics applications and data services.

Build reusable patterns that simplify onboarding of new applications and analytical tools in.

Implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.

Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
